Exhibitors Information & Form
An exhibitor will be considered someone who only displays their hobby collections (examples: engines, tractors, machinery). ALL exhibits MUST be farm and/or antique related. We hold the option to refuse your exhibits if they do not meet our requirements. Exhibitor spots will be free but are first come, first served.
NO saving or roping off ground space for others. All parties wanting to display together must arrive at the gate together. Setup personnel will have the final authority as to the parking and placement of exhibits on the show grounds.
Exhibitor and one guest along with children 12 and under will be able to attend the Festival free.
Any personal transport vehicle, other than staff, MUST have a handicap sign displayed. Individuals may apply to any Club Officer for a handicapped sign. Park rules prohibit ATV’s.
Passes must be shown to enter the grounds at any time.
All occupants MUST be seated and only one person per seat on all personal transport vehicles/tractors.
There will be NO power service provided.
NO drugs or alcohol will be allowed on the premises.
We do have a limited number of shaded primitive campsites available on a first come first served basis. Some sites have electricity available. There will be a $20.00 charge for those campsites with electricity. This $20.00 fee is to be paid immediately upon arrival at the campsite. NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Exhibitors will accept FULL responsibility. Southwest Virginia Antique and Power Festival WILL NOT be held liable for any injuries, loss or damage to persons or any of their property before, during or after the Festival.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE any exhibit unattended while it is operating!! Please remember that this is a public park owned by Franklin County. Please leave your site as clean as you found it upon your arrival.
